Baldy, Not quite sure i understand your question, but if i did it appears as though the shooting was ruled self defense. Mind you that is based solely on what i found on line not a true research of all relevent legal material.

Yes it was what had been done before hand by the poor lady. I am with the lady dumping the scumbag. Had the courts or police offered any protection to her? Looks like they failed if they promised such. That's what I was wondering about. We can not depend on a piece of paper signed by a judge to protect us.

That is for sure, as that same judge will be only to happy to quote precident on. IDK about before incident, but i would say that at least there was records, as the researcher for the dispatcher found out the guys last name, and then asked if that was who he was. Gotta love it.

Guy got he deserved. I have no sympathy for stalkers or home invaders.

911 operator was an idiot. I would have just put the phone down and let her hear the play-by-play because just talking to her would have been too painful.
