Is there a way to go straight to old post?

is there a way i can go back at the recent topics i have commented on without going back and having to find one by one?

Go to your profile page

You'll see a "find all posts" link on the left side under your screen name. Clicking the links found in the search will take you to the thread.

You can also click your name in any post and get a pop-up that has the same search link (view forum posts).
