Did you recently change your email address? I show you as being "Awaiting email confirmation" if you've recently changed your email addy. in your account info, you need to validate the change, an email should have been sent to the new address for confirmation. An email probably went to the old address as well.
If that is not the case, it appears there is "glitch" somewhere and we'll get you fixed up.
