They had a "shake-up" in their customer service dept. I thought it was pretty good before shake-up, hope I don't need it anytime soon?
While I love their products, I've had some issues with FNH... wondering if anyone else has experienced service problems with them? It's been taking them 3 weeks to answer emails, and they have even replaced my gun without telling me, and briefly lost my sights. I love there products, but definitely never buying their products again.

first, if you returned your gun for work and had aftermarket sights still on them, you didnt follow their instructions and are lucky to get them back at all.
from the FNH service form
#7-Remove all accessories. FNH is not responsible for lost or damaged aftermarket accessories.
(this is pretty standard in the industry... remove grips, sights, magazines, and any other aftermarket parts (trigger, hammer, guide rod))
and most companies reserve the right to replace your weapon with the same or newer model at their discretion, its one of the legal rights (see the magusson-moss warranty act, under the full warranty section) that companies have when they provide a FREE warranty service.
again, very common.
dont see why you are mad except for slow email
