FNs today

I got the chance to handle multiple FN pistols today, and I have to admit that I was impressed. My main interest is in the FNP9 due to the NRA Instructor discount, but the FNX certainly has its appeal.

I started out with an issued S&W 4006, and the FNP feels like a merger of the 4006 and a Sig 229 to me. The option to be able to carry cocked & locked and de-cock is intriguing.

It's a shame there aren't more holster options for them.

I agree that the FNs are nice. Galco has a couple of different holster options including the Summer Comfort. Good luck! :smt023

I carry my FNX-9 in a Galco Sumner Comfort and it is absolutely perfect.
It's great to carry a concealed full size pistol in the summer.

Most XD leather holsters will fit the FNP - presumably they will fit the FNX
