    USG configuration

    I am new to the handgun world and am looking into getting a FN 9mm. What does the USG mean on some models?

    the USG models i believe are identical to the non-USG models except they have an added safety feature where the decocker is. You just push it up and it is a safety. Ive heard things about the barrel being better or different, but that i am not sure about.
