I don't know a whole lot about the FN's, but Bud's has them between $500 and $600, so your local prices seem OK.

Only place around here that consistently has them is Bass Pro. Just under $500 last time I was there so you in the ballpark on price.

That sounds about right. I'm not looking to get an FNP9 but I do have my eye on their fairly new FNP 357SIGs. At least some of the models have decocker+safety which is something I'd really like to have. Currently one is going for $539 on gunbroker.com, I imagine the more common FNP9 would be a few bucks less.
