I though i was finished deciding what i was going to buy. Went to the gun shop and held the fnp 9, and i am right back to trying to dicide what to buy.now its between the fnp and xd. decisions decisions.
does the fnp 9 have a round in the chamber indicator.
Sho nuff... Come check out the FN Forum for more info on the guns too.
I love mine. I just ordered a set of night sights for mine too.
Don't let a chamber loaded indicator (or any other "option") be the deciding factor. I have 2 XD's and you know how many times I've used the chamber indicator to actually check to see if my gun is loaded? None. You should never rely on some sort of device to check the status of your gun; you should be checking the chamber physically and visually. So if you're checking your gun properly, it takes the indicator out of the equation, and therefore you can get the gun that feels the best and you shoot the best.
btw, what kind of night sights did you order?
any suggestion on a sppedloader for the FNP9?
