need help finding this event in Houston

Apparently there is some kind of shooting competition in Houston for people with disabilities. BUT I CAN'T FIND THE DAMN THING!

Does anyone know abou the Jim Sinclair Memorial 600 in Houston, Texas? If you can find any information please post it here.
